摘　　要：PBL是一种新的教学方法 ,把它应用到细菌的分布的教学中,能充分发挥学生的主观能动性,收到良好的教学效果,同时也为PBL在医学教育方面的应用建立了新的参考模式。PBL is a new teaching method.Applying it to the teching of distribution of bacterias can fully display students＇subjective initiative and have good teaching effect ant at the same time build the new model of PBL in medical education.
