摘　　要：介绍了导师制的起源,护理本科生实施导师制的背景及培养模式,对于当前护理本科生导师制实施过程中存在的问题以及针对这些问题提出的建议和反思进行了较全面、客观的综述和评价。It introduced the origin of mentors system, background and training mode of implementation of mentors system for college nursing students.It put forward some existing problems in the process of implementation of the system. It objectively summarized and evaluated proposals and reflections for directly corresponding problems in all round.
