摘　　要：以高校师德建设存在的问题和时代要求为出发点,以主题性教育思想为指导,借助教育模式理论,构建了高校师生互动师德建设的新模式。该模式注重发挥教师和学生两者在师德建设上的主体性,重视学生对师德建设的需求和评判,尊重高校师生的认知特点,以师生相互激励为原则,以师生互动为主要途径,以形成师生共建共享高尚师德的良性循环为最终目的。该模式较好解决了高校师德建设现存问题,实践效果良好。The new mode of the teachers＇ professional ethics has been constructed through teacher-student interaction in colleges and universities.The initiative and creativity of both the teachers and the students have been fully developed.The students＇ requirements and judgments to teachers＇ professional ethics have been valued highly and their cognitive characteristics have been adequately respected. The mode has better solved the practical problems in the construction of teachers＇ professional ethics in colleges and universities,and gained a good effect in practice.
