摘　　要：项目用于实现乳品厂奶粉生产过程的安全性、可靠性和生产的连续性,提高乳品厂奶粉生产中的自动化水准。控制系统采用目前乳品厂制粉广泛应用并取得良好效果的基于Controller Link网络的与可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的集散型控制系统,以及监控和数据采集(SCADA)系统。自动化装置大大提高了乳品厂奶粉生产过程的效率。In order to guarantee that the dairy powdered milk production process the security, reliable and the production continuity, enhances in the dairy powdered milk production the automated standard, the control system used the programmable logical controller （PLC） collection and distribution control system based on Controller Link network. In the present dairy milling, it is applied widely and give good results, as well as monitoring and data acquisition （SCADA） system. The automated installment raised the dairy powdered milk production process efficiency greatly.
