摘　　要：辽宁区域经济发展与结构调整的实践证明:区域特色经济的形成和持续快速发展,需要有与区域产业结构相适应的人力资源结构。辽宁高职院校深化高职教育教学改革,从区域经济发展对高职学生综合素质与核心能力的要求出发,认真研究高职学生综合素质与核心能力的培养内涵、培养模式和存在的问题,着力打造完善高职学生综合素质与核心能力培养的运行机制,为辽宁培养高素质技能型人才,以有效推动区域经济的可持续发展。The practical experience of Liaoning regional economic development and structural adjustment has proved that the formation and sustained rapid development of regional characteristic economy need the relevant human resources structure to adapt to the regional industrial structure. According to the demand of regional economic development structure to higher vocational students＇ comprehensive quality and core competence,Liaoning higher vocational colleges deepen their higher vocational education reformation to improve the operation mechanism,researching the connotation,existing problems and training model of higher vocational students＇ comprehensive quality and core competence. These features should contribute to train high-quality and highskilled practical talents so as to impel the sustained development of regional economy effectively.
