摘　　要：以"嘉丽国际城"房地产开发项目为例,采用市场比较法对房地产项目价格进行了预测分析,得到了该项目的销售价格,同时证实了运用市场比较法预测房地产项目销售价格是一种有效实用的方法。With ＂Jiali international city＂ real estate exploration project as example,the real estate project price forecasted and was analyzed with market comparison method,the project selling price was obtained,it proved that forecasted real estate project selling price with market comparison method was an effective and practical method.
