工科本科教学质量学生满意度影响因素分析

摘　　要：教学质量是指为满足顾客一定需要而规定的教学标准及其实施效果的总和。学生满意度是衡量教学质量的重要参照。通过采用随机抽样的方式,对H大学3个年级、4大学科门类的2080名工科本科生进行了教学质量学生满意度的问卷调查,结果表明:实践教学是影响学生满意度的最重要因素;专业及课程、教师、教学基础设施对学生满意度也构成影响;教学管理则对学生满意度没有直接显著的影响。The quality of teaching is the sum of teaching standards and its practice effect.Students satisfaction is the important reference standard to access the teaching quality.Through the questionnaire survey of teaching quality on 2080 undergraduates form 4 disciplines in 3 grades of H university,the study showed that practice of teaching is the most influential factor;major and curriculum,teachers and teaching infrastructure also affect the quality of teaching;there isn＇t significant relationship between teaching management and the quality of teaching.
