浅谈高职精品课程建设中教师的能力储备

摘　　要：精品课程建设是高职院校教学质量工程的一项重要内容。课程结构的优化、课程资料的收集、教学团队的建设是精品课程建设的重要组成部分。教师应充分发挥主观能动性,在精品课程建设中进行有效的能力储备,争取成为合格的课程负责人。在精品课程建设中应摒弃不切实际的拔高和急功近利的行为。The construction of exquisite courses is an important content of college teaching quality and educational reform project.But the teachers＇ enthusiasm in some schools has not been aroused.This article deals with how to make the teachers apply their activity into the construction of exquisite courses in vocational and technical colleges.It also points out that the optimization of the curriculum structure,the collection of curriculum materials,the construction of teaching teams are not only the important component in the construction of exquisite courses,but also the important ability reserve of contemporary teachers.Simultaneously it also refutes some practices for quick success in the construction of exquisite courses.
