高等职业教育三角协调模式研究

摘　　要：在高等职业教育中,高职院校、政府、市场三方扮演着不同的角色。构建高职院校、政府、市场三方互动的三角协调模式,有赖于高职院校、政府、市场三方的角色定位:高职院校要坚持学术自治,提升服务能力;政府实行问责制,加强政策创新;市场则要担当办学主体角色,支持高职教育发展。The article aims to consider the coordinating roles of colleges,administrations and markets in the higher vocational education.It recognizes that the role play relies much on their orientation as coordinators： colleges as a player of academic autonomy and service,administrations as an enforcer of accountability system and innovative policies,markets acting as directors of developing higher vocational education.
