关于建立研究生社团导师制度的若干思考

摘　　要：随着我国高等教育事业的蓬勃发展,研究生教育也呈现出欣欣向荣的景象。研究生社团作为研究生自我教育的组织,其数量正在逐年递增。为此,建立研究生社团导师制度,对广大研究生实施全面教育和正确引导成为迫切需要。本文就研究生社团的概念,其建立的重要性和现实依据,以及建立过程中应注意的问题进行了较为充分的论证,希望能为研究生社团管理工作者提供一些意见和建议。With the vigorous development of China＇s higher education,graduate education is also a thriving scene showed.The number of graduate community,a organization for self-education of graduate,is increasing year by year.Therefore,It＇s necessary to establish tutor system of graduate community in order to carry out comprehensive education and proper guidance for graduate.This paper analyzes the concept of graduate community,the importance of establishment and practical basis as well as the problems which should be noticed in the process of building comprehensively.In a word,it hopes to provide advice and recommendations for management worker of graduate community.
