摘　　要：给出了局部Ｌｉｐｓｃｈｉｔｚ函数弱正则的概念，得到了局部Ｌｉｐｓｃｈｉｔｚ函数弱正则的充要条件。In this paper,the concept of weakly reqularity of locally lipschitz functions is introduced,and its sufficiency and necessity are given.It is explained that the relation of the weakly reqularity and the weakly directional D requlqrity.
