响应面法确定超声波提取灵武长枣中环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)的最佳条件

摘　　要：根据单因素实验结果,采用响应面分析(response surface analysis,RSA)法的Box-Behnken进行实验设计,得出超声波提取灵武长枣中环磷酸腺苷的最佳条件为:液固比33:1,预浸时间40min,提取温度75℃,超声波提取时间27min,pH5.0,超声波提取2次。最终cAMP提取得率达到0.331mg/g。On the base of the single factor experiments,designed with the Box-Behnken in the RSA software,an optimum condition extracted Lingwu Long Jujube cAMP with the microwave were,40 min of soaking,27 min of microwave treatment,75 ℃ of the temperature,33：1 of the ratio of liquid to solid,twice of the extraction,under the optimum conditions,the extraction yield of cAMP is 0.331 mg/g.
