摘  要:以发酵性丝孢酵母(Trichosporon fermentans)为实验菌株,通过液体摇瓶发酵研究了碳源和氮源种类对其生长及细胞积累油脂的影响。结果表明:发酵性丝孢酵母以葡萄糖、乳糖、蔗糖及可溶性淀粉作为碳源,以牛肉膏、蛋白胨作为氮源发酵时,菌体生物量和细胞油脂含量均在发酵72 h时达到最大值,继续延长发酵时间不利于油脂积累。以硫酸铵为氮源,木糖为碳源时,菌体最大生长和细胞油脂最大积累不同步。发酵性丝孢酵母发酵产油脂宜选择硫酸铵作为氮源,葡萄糖作为碳源。Various carbon sources and nitrogen sources were used to explore their effects on the growth and microbial lipid accumulation of strain Trichosporon fermentans by submerged fermentation in shaking flask. The results demonstrated that the growth and the lipid accumulation reached maximum at the same time of 72 h, during the fermentation when glucose, sucrose, lactose or soluble amylum was used as a carbon source, and beef extract or peptone was used as a nitrogen source. The growth and the lipid accu- mulation reached maximum at different time during the fermentation when xylose was used as a carbon source and ammonia sulfate was used as a nitrogen source. The eligible nitrogen and carbon source for Trichosporon fermentans to accumulate lipid was ammonia sulfate and glucose.
