摘　　要：简单介绍了抗差估计理论的发展过程、基本思想、若干重要概念和常用的抗差估计方法。介绍了国外抗差估计理论应用于电力系统状态估计方面的研究情况，提出了值得继续研究的一些问题，指出将抗差估计理论应用于电力系统实时控制和负荷预报等领域具有重要意义。The robust estimation theory is briefly described including its development. basic idea and some important notions.Some robust estimation methods and their applications to power system state estimation in foreign countries are introduced.Some problems worth further studying are presented. It has some prospect to apply the robust estimation to power systemreal-time control and load forecasting.
