传承书法艺术国粹的制度保证——从书法水平等级证书考试项目引发的思考

摘　　要：作为中华文明载体的汉字及其书法，伴随着从古至今的中国社会经济的发展，经历了从工具一工具兼具艺术一艺术兼工具一艺术的几千年漫长的演进过程。书法水平等级证书考试，是当今中国人为传承书法艺术这一中华优秀文化而创造的有效途经。以考试促学习，让书法艺术走进大众，让大众掌握书法艺术。本文从书法水平等级证书考试的宣传、书法指导老师的培训、考生激励等方面提出思考，希望能对书法水平等级证书考试的持续健康发展有所裨益。Chinese characters and calligraphy, as the carrier of Chinese civilization, accompanying the sociometric development in China down the ages, have experienced several thousand years＇ lengthy period of gradual progress： tool---tool and art--art and tool--art. Test of calligraphy level rating certificate is an effective way for Chinese people in modem times to inherit the art of calligraphy the quintessence of Chinese culture. Tests help boost calligraphy Study and make the art of calligraphy draw the masses close so that ordiary people can master it. Here in this essay reflections on publicity of calligraphy level rating certificate test, training of calligraphy counselors, and examinee impelling are presented in the hope of contributing to the sustained and steady development of calligraphy level rating certificate test.
