摘　　要：混合式学习是教育界在对信息化教学反思的基础上形成的一个重要的新理念。混合式学习在发挥网络学习优势的同时对传统教学重新加以关注,以期以最低的投入获得最高的学习效率。本文通过着重阐释混合式学习重新出现的必然性及其全新的内涵,对信息技术环境下外语教学模式进行冷静的思考。Blended-learning is an important new idea which is formed on the basis of reflection on e-learning.Blended Learning re-focuses on the traditional teaching while giving full play to the advantages of e-learning,with a view to obtain the maximum learning efficiency with the lowest investment.This article will focus on interpretation of the necessity of re-emergence of blended-learning and it＇s new meaning,and reflect on the IT-based foreign language instruction model
