摘　　要：文章研究了右半平面上无限级的Ｄｉｒｉｃｈｌｅｔ级数，计算了它们的精确级，把Ｐａｌｅｙ－Ｚｙｇｍｕｎｄ引理推广到非同分布的情况，证明非同分布的无限级随机Ｄｉｒｉｃｈｌｅｔ级数几乎必然（ａ．ｓ．The paper studied the Dirichlet series of infinite or der in the right half plane,counted their proximate order,extended PaleyZygmun d lemma to the case of nonequally distributed and proved that every point of t he imaginary axis is almost surely a Borel point with no finite exceptional valu e for the random Dirichlet series of infinite order of nonequally distributed. 
