摘　　要：提高教育质量是高等职业院校生存与发展的生命线,是高职教育核心竞争力的表现,是高职教育可持续发展的现实需要。本文采取微观层面研究的方式,从教学管理、教师及学生三个方面探讨如何加强高等职业院校教学质量管理及监控。Education quality is the lifeblood of vocationalcolleges and universities,also the key to its survival and development and the core competency in competition.To improve education quality is the actual need for its sustainable development.This article makes a exploration of how to strengthen the teaching quality’s management and monitoring in vocationalcolleges and universities from the three aspects of the teaching management,teachers and students by adopting the way of microscopic study.
