摘　　要：调查表明,新课程视野下初中校长学校价值观选择的基本特征为:总体以求稳、安定为主导;具有竞争、改革的倾向;有追求创新、特色的愿望。不同类型及所属不同学校的校长,对各价值观反映项目重视程度选择总体看差异性明显,体现了现代学校校长价值取向多元化的发展趋向。建议进一步树立改革思想,建立竞争机制;健全校园安全的社会支持系统,为校长减压;加强培训,树立符合新课程理念的学校价值观。The investigation on the middle school principal indicated that principals tend to stability-oriented,compete and reform,innovation and characteristic.There are obvious differences in different schools of different types between principals in the choice of overall items,it reflects the multiple values of the principal.We propose to establish a reform-minded and a competitive mechanism,improve campus security,social support systems for principals decompression;strengthen training,and establish compliance with the new concept of the school curriculum values.
