摘　　要：本文介绍我国绿茶连续化加工清洁生产线的现状,重点介绍使用6CZ-系列蒸汽杀青机进行配套的绿茶连续化加工清洁生产线,并通过具体的试验数据,提出该生产线今后需要重点解决的如鲜叶萎凋、杀青叶冷却等问题及解决问题的方向。This paper has introduced the situation of green tea clean and continuous production line,emphasizing on 6CZ-series steaming machines.By means of experimental data,some problems and countermeasures,which should be solved in the future such as fresh leaf withering and steaming leaf cooling,have been put forward.
