油莎豆的有效成分的定性分析

摘　　要：以油莎豆粉为原料,研究其有效成分。采用水提取法和醇提取法对油莎豆粉较为全面的定性分析。通过对油莎豆粉有效成分的定性分析得知,油莎豆中主要含有氨基酸、多肽、蛋白质、糖、多糖、油脂、挥发油、酚类、有机酸、生物碱、萜类、蒽醌、甾类,而内酯、香豆素、皂苷、强心苷、黄酮未检出。Effective constituents in water and ethanol extracts of Cyperus esculentus powder were qualitatively analysed in this study. The results indi- cated that Cyperus esculentus is rich in effective ingredients. Main components are amino acids, peptides, protein, carbohydrates, polysaccharides, oil, volatile oil, phenols, organic acids, alkaloids, terpenoids, anthraquinones, steroids and no lactone, coumarin, cardiac glycoside, flavone were detected.
