新课程背景下农村中小学音乐教育改革探析

摘　　要：音乐新课程改革对农村中小学音乐教育提出了新的要求。我国农村中小学音乐教育目前存在专职教师不足、音乐教育投入匮乏等问题。必须建立音乐师范生免费制度,建立农村音乐专项投资制度,完善农村音乐教学评价机制来改善农村中小学的音乐教育。New demands for music education have been made in rural elementary and secondary schools.The present issues covered in rural music education include lack of professional teachers,inadequacy of funds,etc.Based on the analysis of reality,suggestions for improving music education in rural schools are also made in this paper,such as providing free education for music normaliens,setting aside special funds for teaching,improving evaluation system of teaching.
