谈高职精品课程教学内容的选取与组织策略

摘　　要：高职精品课程建设的核心问题是教学内容建设。教学内容建设的策略包括内容的选取和内容的组织两方面。其中选取策略包括:根据岗位工作要求选择教学内容;根据工作过程选择教学内容;根据职业发展和人的发展的需要选择教学内容;根据专业课程体系建设的需要选择教学内容。而组织策略包括:基于工作过程序化教学内容;基于工作过程整合教学内容;基于职业成长规律组织教学内容。the core of constructing Senior Vocational School’s excellent courses is the building of courses’ contents.The tactics of courses’ contents construction contain contents’ selecting and organizing.The selecting tactics includes choosing teaching contents according the position’s requirements,the working process,the developments of a person and his career,and the construction of colleague major curriculum system.And the organizing tactics involves programming and integrating teaching contents based on the working process,and arranging teaching contents based on the rule of career growth.
