摘 要:教师专业发展规划对教师专业发展具有引导、激励和参照等作用,可促进教师的反思与行动。但在教师专业发展规划的制定与实施中依然出现很多问题:重规划轻践行;重个人轻组织;重静态轻动态;重抽象轻具体;重学科专业轻基础性素养;重条件依赖轻自我更新。因此,对教师专业发展规划进行理性反思,将有利于我们进一步认识教师专业发展规划,更好地促进教师自主、健康的成长。The planning of teachers' professional development plays a role in guiding,motivating and referring teachers' development,which can promote teachers' reflection and action.But there are still lots of problems in formulating and carrying out teachers' professional development planning:value planning,personal,statics,abstraction,disciplines and conditions but neglect practice,organization, dynamics,concrete,basic literacy and self-renewal.Therefore,the reflection of teachers' professional development planning will help us further understand it and promote the growth of teachers independently and healthily.
