摘　　要：教师专业发展规划对教师专业发展具有引导、激励和参照等作用,可促进教师的反思与行动。但在教师专业发展规划的制定与实施中依然出现很多问题:重规划轻践行;重个人轻组织;重静态轻动态;重抽象轻具体;重学科专业轻基础性素养;重条件依赖轻自我更新。因此,对教师专业发展规划进行理性反思,将有利于我们进一步认识教师专业发展规划,更好地促进教师自主、健康的成长。The planning of teachers＇ professional development plays a role in guiding,motivating and referring teachers＇ development,which can promote teachers＇ reflection and action.But there are still lots of problems in formulating and carrying out teachers＇ professional development planning：value planning,personal,statics,abstraction,disciplines and conditions but neglect practice,organization, dynamics,concrete,basic literacy and self-renewal.Therefore,the reflection of teachers＇ professional development planning will help us further understand it and promote the growth of teachers independently and healthily.
