摘　　要：植物乳杆菌作为一种重要的乳酸菌,在食品、青贮饲料以及医疗保健等领域受到越来越多的关注。主要阐述了植物乳杆菌的生理功能及应用,为进一步研究提供借鉴,为植物乳杆菌在相关领域的开发利用提供指导。As an important species of lactic acid bacteria,Lactobacillus plantarum has gain more attention in food,silage and healthcare fields.This paper reviews the physiological functions and the application of Lactobacillus plantarum,so as to provide consultation and guidance to the research and development associated with Lactobacillus plantarum.
