大肠菌群纸片法监测结果影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的为探讨纸片法检测大肠菌群结果判断标准的精确性。方法按GB14934-94判断标准,分别对纸片法和发酵法两种方法的监测结果进行比较,其中591份餐具采用发酵法,955份餐具采用纸片法。结果结纸片法和发酵法二法有显著性差异(P<0.005)。结论在实际工作中当纸片法结果可疑时,应采用发酵法进行培养后,再作出结果判定,以保证食具消毒效果检测结果的准确性。Objective To investigate the accuracy of the test results of coliforms by Paper Strip Method.Methods The two methods,fermentation method and Paper Strip method,were used respectively.Results 591 samples of tableware were detected by fermentation method,and 955 tableware were detected by paper strip method.The test results showed that there were significant statistical differences between the two methods.Conclusions When the test re-sults by Paper Strip Method was questionable,we should adopt fermentation method for further test before making judgment for ensuring to provide reliable results of tableware.
