成人教育小学教师本科层次培养的专业及教学问题

摘  要:小学教师学历层次的提升已经写入《面向21世纪教育振兴行动计划》,但是小学教师本科层次的培养,特别是面向在职小学教师的本科层次的培养仍处于探索阶段。当前的成人小学教师本科教育主要采用普通高校全日制小学本科教育的课程体系,专业设置单一、教师授课方式不符合成人学员的认知特点。因此,成人教育小学教师本科教育的问题亟需有学者进行研究,以真正提高它的功效。The raising of educational level of primary school teachers has been written into the 21st Century Action Plan for Invigorating Education,but the culture of primary school teachers for the undergraduate level,especially to those who was in active service,still has been in the exploring process.At present,the culture model of undergraduate for teachers who were in active service has come from the ordinary university's model and the single profession and the teaching means cannot fulfill the requirements of adult education.It is needed to research the problems of undergraduate teaching of primary school teachers for improving the efficiency.
