摘  要:目的:探讨快乐教学在《护理学基础》实验教学中的应用价值。方法:将2007级211名本科护生随机分为快乐教学组110名及传统教学组101名,快乐教学组采用快乐教学方法,传统教学组采用传统教学方法,课程结束后两组进行操作考核,对快乐教学组护生进行教学质量问卷调查并评价。结果:快乐教学组护生操作考核成绩高于传统教学组(P<0.05),护生总体教学效果满意达96.36%,100%护生认为将快乐教学引入实验教学中是必要的。结论:快乐教学可以增进师生交流与互动,形成稳定的学习兴趣;调动护生自主学习积极性,培养护生的创新思维和创新能力;提高护生动手能力和解决问题能力。Objective:To observe the effect of joyful teaching in the experiment class of Nursing Science Foundation.Methods:Two hudred and eleven nurse students of grade 2007 were randomly divide into experimental group(110 students)and comparison group(101 students).Joyful teaching was applied to the experimental group while traditional teaching to the comparison group.At the end of the course,manipulation exam was carried out in both groups,and the teaching quality was surveyed and evaluated in the experimental group.Results:The performance record of the experimental group was much better than that of the comparison group(P0.05).96.36% of the students in the experimental group were satisfactory to the teaching method,and 100% students thought it worthwhile to introduce joyful teaching to the class.Conclusions:Which may promote the communication and interaction between teachers and students,motivate the students′ enthusiasm to study,cultivate the students′ innovation ability and improve the their ability of manipulation and problem-solving.
