摘　　要：归纳总结了美国教师绩效工资制度实行的过程纷争及实践意义,认为探寻美国教师绩效工资的历程,厘清其争论,对于试用此种工资制的国家和地区,无疑具有借鉴意义。use of literature,case law,digital analysis summarizes the teacher performance pay system in the United States to implement the process and the practical significance of the disputes that explore the history of U.S. teacher performance pay,to clarify their arguments,the trial of such wage countries and regions,will undoubtedly be learned.
