摘　　要：[目的]探讨高职高专护理专业临床实习规范化管理的效果。[方法]2008年制定临床护理教学规范化管理实施和评价办法,比较2007年(未实施规范化管理)和2008年护生对临床护理教学满意率,以及护生临床实习各项考核情况。[结果]2008年护生临床实习满意率较2007年明显提高,护生临床实习考核成绩全面提升。[结论]实行临床护理教学实行规范化管理能调动护生临床实习积极性,提升护生临床护理能力,提高临床护理教学质量。Objective ：To probe into the standardized management of clinical practice of high vocational and high specialized nursing students,so as to enhance the quality of clinical practice.Methods ：The implementation and evaluation methods of clinical nursing teaching standardized management were made in 2008,and the nursing students＇ satisfaction rate at clinical nursing teaching,as well as each exam result of the clinical practice was compared between 2007 and 2008.Results ：The clinical practice satisfaction rate of nursing students in 2008 increased significantly than before,un-satisfaction has significantly reduced.The clinical practice performance of nursing students was promoted totally after carrying out standardized management.Conclusion ：To carry out the standardized management in clinical nursing teaching can mobilize the enthusiasm of nursing students in clinical practice,then to enhance clinical nursing ability of nursing students and clinical nursing teaching quality.
