摘　　要：高校的人力资源是指高校所拥有的具有一定数量和一定教学科研与管理水平的教学科研人员、教辅人员和教育行政管理人员。高校在办学过程中,要充分发挥每一个教育工作者的作用。本文对高校人力资源管理的要求和我国高校人力资源管理中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了加强高校人力资源管理的措施。Hunan resources in university is that universities own a certain amount teaching and research stall, teaching tutoring and educauonal administrators with a certain level on teaching, research and management. In the process of running university, universities should fully play the role of each educator. In this paper, the requirements of human resource management and the problems of human resource management in Chinese universities were analyzed, and the measures of strengthening human resources management were pointed out.
