摘 要:“薄弱学校”是义务教育发展中值得关注的弱势群体。以维护弱势群体学生的人格尊严为前提,“薄弱学校”在资源配置、师资状况、家庭环境、生源素质等方面的“薄弱”都值得分析与辩护。“薄弱学校”是义务教育发展中的弱势群体,它不应当被视为施舍、怜悯的对象,它以自己特有的教育品格,担当着特定的社会责任,当前亟待改造的不只是“薄弱学校”,而是还有对弱势群体的不公正评价。"Weak schools" in the development of compulsory education command our deep concern. We should stand up for the dignity of the students in these schools, analyze and plead for "the weakness" of these schools on the resource equipment, the teachers conditions, family conditions, students qualities etc. "Weak schools" are the weak group in the development of compulsory education, and should not be regarded as the subject of almsgiving and commiseration, for they are undertaking specific social responsibilities with their particular educational characters. What we are urgent to transform is not only the weak schools but also the unfair evaluation on weak group.
