本科课堂教学中“换位”教学模式的探索

摘　　要：为了提高课堂教学质量,在本科教育的部分课程教学中探索"换位"教学模式,学生上讲台讲课,教师听课。结果表明,该模式能实现认知目标、能力目标和思想品德目标的统一,满足素质教育中全面发展的要求,培养学生的创新素质。In order to improve the teaching quality,displacement teaching mode was applied to some undergraduate curriculums in which students teaching at platform and teacher listening at desk.The results showed that the teaching mode can achieve the integration of cognition,ability and moral intentions,and meet the requirement of all-around development of quality teaching.It could train the innovative quality of the undergraduates.
