摘　　要：讨论了α—循环矩阵的广义特征值反问题．给出了解的表达式．同时给出用α—循环阵逼近给定的复矩阵的算法。In this paper, we have discussed inverse generalized eigenvalue problem of α-circulant matrices, proved the solvability and constracted the algerithms of Approximation with compouhd matrix.
