摘　　要："营养配餐设计"类课程是食品科学、公共营养、烹饪与营养教育等专业的新开课程。本文介绍了"营养配餐设计"类课程的开设背景和特点,着重讨论了课程的教学模式和教学方法,以期待与同行进行深入的交流和探讨。‘Nutrition diet design＇ is a new course set up for majors with food science, public nutrition, cooking and nutrition education, etc. This paper introduces background and course characteristics, it makes focal points to discuss teaching pattern and teaching method of this course, in order to carry on deep exchange and discussion with counterparts.
