论博士教育培养模式的新发展

摘　　要：学徒制是博士教育的主要方式,但传统学徒制有诸多不足,已不适应现代博士教育。现代认知学徒制是传统学徒制与现代学校教育整合而来的新型教育模式,它可以在现代博士教育中发挥积极作用。实施现代认知学徒制需要改变单一导师模式、确立集体负责制度、建立良好师生关系、着力加强学科点建设。The apprenticeship system is the main form of doctoral education,but the traditional apprenticeship system has many deficiencies and is not suitable for modern doctoral education.Modern cognitive apprenticeship is a new education mode integrating the traditional apprenticeship and the modern school education and can play an active role in modern doctoral education.Implementing modern cognitive apprenticeship involves changing the single-advisor system and establishing collective responsibility,building a good teacher-student relationship,and focusing on strengthening disciplinary building.
