摘　　要：组建专业教学团队是高职院校提高教学质量的重要措施之一,也是师资队伍建设的重要环节。从指导思想、带头人的选择等四个方面浅析组建符合高职教育特征的专业教学团队,有助于推进教学改革、提高教学质量。The formation of professional teaching team is not only one of important measures to improve teaching quality, but also an important part of the building faculty in higher vocational colleges. From the guiding ideology, the choice of leaders and so on, analysis the formation of higher vocational education in line with professional teaching teams,it will help to promote the education reforms and improve teaching qualities.
