摘　　要：提高高等教育质量,人才培养是根本,本科教学是基础。为自觉在提高医学本科教学质量上做出表率,第四军医大学全面实施精品兴校战略,着重抓好"精品党课"、"精品课程"、"精品讲座"、"精彩年华"四大精品工程建设,取得了良好效果。The quality of higher education depends on talents nurturing and undergraduate education.The ＂top quality improvement＂ strategy has been widely implemented in the Fourth Military Medical University to play an exemplary role in raising the quality of undergraduate education in medical universities in China.Priority has been put on the construction of the four projects closely connected with undergraduate education： quality party lectures,quality courses,quality academic lectures and outstanding student fosterage,which has achieved remarkable success.
