摘　　要：“农远工程”效益评价应注意以下几个问题：概念使用问题、标准定位问题、评价时机问题、评价主体问题。在研究中必须将涉及的概念界定清楚并根据研究问题的实际合理运用，纠正片面强调设施应用效益的评价观，正确把握评价时机避免操之过急脱离实际，并在效益评价中实现相关利益主体的合理归位。These issues must be concerned when we evaluate the benefit of ＂Modern Distance Education Project in Rural Schools＂, that are conception using, standard locating, time and subject choosing. We should use proper conception according to the situation, correct the evaluation view for using benefit, choose evaluation opportunity and subject fairly.
