摘  要:目的:分析副溶血性弧菌菌株之间的相关性,提供食物中毒鉴定的实验室依据。方法:7株副溶血性弧菌基因组DNA经Not Ⅰ酶切,标准菌株用Xba Ⅰ酶切,通过脉冲场凝胶电泳获得电泳图谱。结果:7株副溶血性弧菌被分为一种脉冲场凝胶电泳技术(PFGE)图谱,通过分子量分析显示,在100%的相似性水平,7株细菌谱型属于同一个群,且均为食物中毒患者分离株。结论:研究发现脉冲场凝胶电泳分型技术重复性高,在食物中毒分子流行病学研究中有较大的应用前景,为卫生行政部门提供可靠的实验室依据。Objective:To determine relationship among Vibrio parahaemolyticus strains.Afford the laboritory effect for determining the food poisoning.Methods:Chromosomal DNAs from seven isolates in agarose were digested with the restriction enzyme NotI and standard strain was restricted by Xba I.Obtain the electrophoresis patterns by Pulsed-Field Gel Electrophoresis(PFGE).Results:Seven strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were belonged to the same electrophoresis patterns.They are 100 percent similarity level at the moleculer weight.The seven strains are belonged to the same group and isolated from the patients in the food poisoning.Conclusion:The study indicate that there were high repeatable on the PFGE technology.It is a useful tool which would play an important role in epidemiology.
