摘  要:新课程改革是推进我国素质教育的重要举措,而新课程下高质量的高考是推行新课程改革的有力保障,同时,科学合理的新课程改革也为新课程高考改革提供良好的基础和发展空间。制约高考质量的因素主要来自两个方面:一是内在的,包括新课程目标和新课程标准体系;二是外在的,包括社会、经济、政治及考生身心发展规律等。制约新课程改革的因素主要来自新课程高考的科目设置、内容选择、评价及录取方式等的变化。The reform of new curricular is an important mean s for promoting our country's Quality Oriented Education,while high quality college entrance examination is the strong support of carring out the reform of new curricular, meantime,scientific and reasonable reform of new curricular will provide a good foundation and developing room for perfecting new curricular college entrance examination.there are tow main reasons to restrict the quality of college entrance examinati0n,one is the inside,they are the aim of new curricular and the system of new curricular standards;the other is outside,it concludes social,economy,political and examiner's law of somatopsychic development factors,etc.the restricting factors of new curricular reforming involve the course assignment,content,value and admission patter of college entrance examination.
