摘 要:为适应船用柴油机电控技术发展,本文提出了一种船用柴油机电控系统架构方案,采用先进的"V"字型开发模式及开发工具平台开发系统应用层软件,对关键电路进行仿真与试验优化设计,对系统关键可靠性技术如凸轮轴和曲轴信号传感器物理冗余技术等进行研究,并进行了样机研制。对研制出的样机开展硬件在环仿真试验和环境适应性试验,试验表明样机能满足船用柴油机电控系统需求,通过功能扩展,还可以支持高压共轨技术以外的柴油机电控技术。In order to adapt the electronic technology development of marine diesel engine,a control framework is proposed in the paper.The software is developed by the advanced V-type model.The accordingly platform is used during the process of software developing.The hardware is optimized by digital simulation and bench testing.And the core reliability technology has also been researched.One of the most important reliability technologies in the paper is the redundancy of the crank sensor and cam sensor.The prototype of the control framework has been developed.The prototype has been tested on the hardware in loop test bench.Some reliability test has also been carried out for the prototype.The test result proved that the system can well satisfy the requirement of marine diesel engine electrical control system.After expanding extra functions,this framework can be used in other diesel engine electrical control area beside high-pressure common rail system.
