中央电视台有关饮食营养和食品安全新闻调查分析

摘　　要：目的:分析中央电视台新闻报道对有关饮食营养及食品安全信息的关注程度、关注重点及其在近年社会经济发展过程中的变化。方法:以饮食、营养、食品为关键词检索中央电视台新闻节目数据库,对检索结果按具体内容进行分类分析。结果:共检索出1982～2008年间相关新闻报道943条,报道数量呈逐年上升趋势。其中,报道最多的内容依次为食品安全、公众营养及其政策和特殊人群营养等。2007年新闻内容的分析显示,减肥的报道多于肥胖和心血管病等;个别保健食品明星代言问题的报道多于其他食品安全报道的总和;有关儿童和青少年饮食营养的内容在公众营养和政策中的比例最高。结论:中央电视台有关饮食营养和食品安全新闻报道从一定程度上反映了我国当前相关领域的现状,但媒体关注的热点与公共卫生所面临的关键问题之间有所偏差。[Objective] To study the scale, key point and the changes of news about dietary, nutrition and food safety from CCTV with the development of economy and social. [Methods] News was searched by keywords shch as diet, nutrition and food in CCTV news database and sorted into different groups according to the main content. [Results] 943 pieces of news were picked out. The number of reports increased every year. The three areas most reported from 2004 to 2008 were food safety, public nutrition and diet for special population. There were more coverage in losing weight than in obesity and cardiovascular disease in 2007. [Conclusions] News on diet, nutrition and food safety from CCTV reflected the current situation to a certain degree. There were, however, some differences between the hot spots that media focused on and the most important problems that existed in public health.
