摘　　要：伦理秩序的形成要经历一个从道德规范到道德整合的复杂机制和过程。在这个过程中,道德规范作为伦理秩序的设计图式,是伦理秩序形成的起始环节;伦理关系和道德行为分别是伦理秩序的组织细胞和伦理秩序图式的运演展开;道德调整作为社会关系调整的基本手段,是伦理秩序形成的内在要求;道德整合则是伦理秩序形成的最终环节,意味着伦理秩序的整体实现。The formation of ethical order must go through a complicated mechanism and course from moral norms to moral unification.In this course,as the design model moral norms is the starting link to form ethical order;ethical relation and moral behavior is the organizational cell and deployment of ethical order respectively;as the basic means of social relation adjustment,moral adjustment is the inner requirement to form ethical order;moral unification is the ultimate link,which means overall realization of ethical order.
