摘　　要：高职院校由于自身发展的需要,走专职教师与兼职教师相结合的道路将是其师资队伍建设的长期战略选择,文章以高职院校为切入点,从高职院校兼职教师概念的界定谈起,结合目前我国高职院校兼职教师管理中存在的一些问题,试图提出一些建设性的对策,以解决存在的问题,从而在规范高职院校兼职教师管理的基础上,进一步彰显我国高职院校的办学特色。The combination of full-time teachers and part-time teachers is the strategic choice for the development of higher vocational colleges.This article analyze the conception of part-time teachers,summarize the problems of part-time teachers management in higher vocational colleges at present,to find out several effective solution.
