摘　　要：多元文化教育理念席卷全球,多元文化教育成为当今教育的主流,其精髓就是具有开放性,广泛吸收不同文化的优秀成分,切合实际的容纳新事物,达到共融、发展的目的。本文以多元文化理念为指导思想,以宁夏高职教育机电类专业为例,探索符合自身发展的多元化教学模式。As multicultural education concept sweeping the globe, muhicultural education become the mainstream of education, its essence is that it is open , widely absorbs the outstanding components of different cultures, accommodates practically new things achieve harmony and development. Based on multivariate culture concept as the guiding ideology, the higher vocational education in Ningxia as an example, this paper explores diversified teaching mode corresponding with its own development.
