摘 要:基于多连杆原理建立汽车悬架混沌激振试验台模型,以虚拟样机技术为设计理念,首先采用Un igraph ics软件先对试验台各零/部件进行三维实体建模、虚拟装配;然后对其进行运动和动力仿真分析,确定各杆具体尺寸和各关节冲击力,同时得到激振点运行轨迹的位移、速度和加速度曲线。最后对激振点的运动进行数值采样,运用MATLAB软件绘制其准相图和功率谱图,判断其混沌特性。A chaos vibration-exciting test rig model for automobile suspension was constructed based on multi-link theory,firstly the three-dimensional solid modeling of test rig was established and virtual assembled in Unigraphics software based on the principle of virtual prototype technology.Then the motion simulation and dynamic simulation were performed to confirm the size of every link in detail and the force of every joint,at the same time acquire the displacement,velocity and acceleration of vibration-exciting point trajectory.Finally the numerical sampling of the motion of the vibration-exciting point was carried out,quasi-phase diagram and power spectrum figure were plotted by using MATLAB software and its chaotic property was analyzed.
