摘　　要：从个性化服务理念出发,面向专业化服务需求,系统设计"生物医学文献与网络资源"课程的新型实验"专题门户构建",从设计总则、操作步骤、实验报告、总结、结果评价、实施效果、新规划及推广应用几方面具体阐述实验实施情况。Start from the idea of personalized service, with the professional demands orientation, the paper introduces the new experiment, named ＂ thematic portal construction＂ for the curriculum of ＂ biomedical literature and internet information＂. It expounds the experimental implementation from the following aspects： design principle, operation steps, experimental report, summary, result evaluation, implementation performance, new plan for follow up and dissemination for application.
