摘　　要：主要表现指标(Key Performance Indicators,简称KPI)系统是制作"高等职业院校人才培养工作管理仪表盘"的基础,其构架是根据管理仪表盘的用途而定。针对不同的管理仪表盘,在选取相关的KPI时,应遵循强化选择原则和可获得性原则。在选定KPI时,注意做好权衡比较,进一步将"关键"凸显出来,提高仪表盘的性能和质量。Key performance indicators（KPI for short） system is the basis to make the talents training work management instrumentation of higher vocational colleges.And its management structure is based on the use of the dashboard.We should follow the principle of deepen selecting and available when selecting the related KPI aim at different management instrumentation.In the course of selecting KPI,pay attention to the balance,furtherly show the ＂key＂,and improve performance and quality of the dashboard.
