摘 要:以‘玉金香’甜瓜果实(Cucumis melon L.var Yujinxiang)为试材,研究了1-MCP(1-甲基环丙烯)处理对低温贮藏期间甜瓜果实内源植物激素乙烯、脱落酸(ABA)、生长素(IAA)、赤霉素(GA3)和玉米素核苷(ZR)的影响。采用1μL/L1-MCP,在温度为(21±1)℃的条件下处理甜瓜果实24h之后转入(10±1)℃,70%~80%RH环境中贮藏。结果表明:经1μL/L1-MCP处理果实24h可显著抑制甜瓜果实贮藏期间乙烯释放量、延缓乙烯高峰的出现;显著抑制甜瓜果实贮藏期间ABA含量的增加,将ABA含量的峰值推迟8d;提高了果实ZR和GA3的含量;延缓了果实IAA含量的升高。由这些结果推断,1-MCP处理对甜瓜低温贮藏后品质的保持的效果可能与其降低果实内源乙烯,ABA含量,提高GA3、ZR的含量,延缓果实的衰老有关。In this work,mature'yujinxing'melon were treated after harvest with 1μL/L 1-MCP for 24h,thereafter,fruit were storage at 10℃,70%-80% RH condition to investigated the changes of endogenous hormones during cold storage.Results showed that ethylene production and endogenous abscisic acid(ABA)content were inhibited significantly by 1-MCP treated fruit compared with untreated fruit during cold storage,and the peak ABA were delayed 8d.1MCP treatment could stimulate endogenous gibberellic acid(GA3)and ZR level increases and decline endogenous IAA level.These results suggested that 1-MCP treatment maintaining the melon postharvest quality might be associated with declining ethylene,ABA level and increasing GA3and ZR level which could delay the melon senescense.
